[Iplant-api-dev] Lonestar maintenance

Hi Bill,
Our apologies for the delay in responding to you. Can you possibly send a
listing of the jobs causing issues for you to us so that we can do some
triage? You are welcome to send those directly to myself or John Fonner
(explicitly added to this thread).

Lonestar's allocation was just reset, and may have been part of the
problem. Your job could be stuck in a queue of users, thus the pending
state.
Have you tried resubmitting recently?
