[Iplant-api-dev] Lonestar maintenance

Lonestar jobs are up and running again since tuesday evening. The allocation depletion, system downtime, and an outage of the iPlant infrastructure derailed things for a couple days. They are back up and running again, however.
Stampede is currently rejecting jobs due to an issue with XSEDE’s accounting and information systems. I expect to have that restored by them sometime today. I’ll send an email around when it is done.

Lonestar's allocation was just reset, and may have been part of the problem. Your job could be stuck in a queue of users, thus the pending state.
Have you tried resubmitting recently?

Is lonestar still under maintenance? I saw stampede was down for maintenance today when I tried to logon, but lonestar has been flakey about actually running jobs for us for the last week. Often they will fail, sometimes they will run to completion, and currently it seems like they are stuck as ‘pending’.
