[Iplant-api-dev] Lonestar maintenance

Hello,

Is lonestar still under maintenance?  I saw stampede was down for maintenance today when I tried to logon, but lonestar has been flakey about actually running jobs for us for the last week.  Often they will fail, sometimes they will run to completion, and currently it seems like they are stuck as 'pending'.
