[Iplant-api-dev] MyProxy is back in service

Direct users of the Foundation API should find that they are able to submit jobs once again, as the underlying MyProxy service has been returned to production. Developers of DE apps that use the API will still encounter problems until the adapter that connects the API and DE is patched. We estimate this will happen tomorrow or Friday.
