[Iplant-api-dev] Foundation API job submission is currently paused

As of 4pm today, job submission through the Foundation API is paused. The down time is due to an unexpected outage of the the XSEDE MyProxy service. MyProxy serves as the gateway to access the HPC systems in XSEDE. We are monitoring the situation closely and as soon as the MyProxy service comes back up, jobs will resume execution in the API. No action needs to be taken on your part at this time. We will notify you as soon as possible when job submission resumes.
