[Iplant-api-dev] Tutorial on updating fAPI DE apps to use new permission and publication model

With the recent changes to the fAPI permission and application catalog model, I thought it would be useful to demonstrate the workflow for updating your applications to use the new form of these services. You will need to do this in order for your applications to function in the iPlant DE. 

In the following web pages, I present two screencasts that document how I updated the SCARF fAPI application to 1) be public in the fAP and 2) be available in the iPlant DE
