NAPPN Executive Board elections are live! First round of voting due January 11
At the beginning of each year, NAPPN holds elections for its Executive Board. This is a two step process, outlined here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vTkaMAPdx1ho5XrUvBSQvcYavllj0FvVdmdMKJS1KumkgXiqfrQP23Ap-I4tLdWmv8VYE6NI_4ImYuD/pub>. The first step is to narrow the field to two candidates from each area. You will soon receive a keyed link from Darwin Cambell to cast your ballot.
The Board is made up of representatives from both public and industry organizations and represent the fields of plant biology, computational science and engineering. The 2021 board was elected last year, so this election is for 2022 board members.
The current board is made up of: Chris Topp (Chair), Jennifer Clark (Co-Chair), David Ertl, Frank Dohleman, Tabare Abadie, Amy Tabb, and Andrew Leakey.
Next year's board will be composed of: Jennifer Clark (Chair), Tabare Abadie, Amy Tabb, Christine Morgan, Malia Gehan, Kelly Gillespie and Argelia Lorence.
Refer to our by-laws http://nappn.plant-phenotyping.org/bylaws/ for more information on the voting process.
