A little bit of both. Several people won't stop running monitor jovs via foundation which deprioritizes implant as a while. The bigger issue is that foundation is fundamentally throttled because of how it works. Whenever it gets into contention with agave, it will lose. The takeaway is to move to agave if you have not yet done so.

Hi,
I've noticed that for march the average queue time is over 30 hours. Is
because we're doing something wrong or Stampede is very busy?
