[Iplant-api-dev] lost app

App is present and available in Agave.

It’s worth noting that occasionally if the datastore returns the wrong checksum for a file, a job will fail to submit and the app will go offline unit the checksum of the app bundle match the checksum saved when the app was published. That usually returns to normal in a matter of minutes, though.

I ran my App HTProcess-Tophat-2.0.13u1 a couple days ago and it failed because of the prevailing troubles that day, but when I looked to rerun the job, the app name is in red. The app itself is missing from the App window in the DE, but it is still listed as existing and public by the apps-list -P command. So is this a DE/Agave interface problem, or is it an Agave problem? Or is there something else going on?
