[Iplant-api-dev] lost app

I ran my App HTProcess-Tophat-2.0.13u1 a couple days ago and it failed because of the prevailing troubles that day, but when I looked to rerun the job, the app name is in red. The app itself is missing from the App window in the DE, but it is still listed as existing and public by the apps-list -P command. So is this a DE/Agave interface problem, or is it an Agave problem? Or is there something else going on?
