[Iplant-api-dev] multiple jobs failing

Hi,

I have multiple jobs failing with this message:

'message' => 'Unable to stage inputs for job after 3 attempts. Job
cancelled.',

etc

The files are there, but it's not clear to me what the problem is.

Why is this happening and how do you recommend I should handle cases
like these?
