Hi all,

This is about job #0001433293284166-5056a550b8-0001-007.
It appears that the job is marked as submitted 'submitTime' =>
'2015-05-26T23:01:24.000-05:00', but this is definitely not the case, as
the user submitted the job yesterday evening.
