[Iplant-api-dev] shared users dropped from apps

I just want to confirm what I mentioned at SciPlant today - that the users
with whom I had shared my private app (Mrbayes_mpi_basic_beta-3.2.3) have
been dropped after I updated the app. I re-added them. I am not sure that
the update is what caused them to drop, but for another app
(BEAST-private-2.1.3) that I had shared with Nicole and not updated, it is
still shared.
