[Iplant-api-dev] job id

All that really matters externally is the 007 which says it is the id of a job. The rest is just self describing uuid stuff.

I'm adapting my UI to the new Agave API and dealing with job management.

The new job id (a unique job identifier) is a 36-char string. Can someone explain the components of this string? example:

0001424105021858-5056a550b8-0001-007
