[Iplant-api-dev] fAPI jobs are failing

Hi,

This is still happening:
'message' => 'Failed to submit job 68095:
org.iplantc.service.jobs.exceptions.JobException:               Welcome
to the Stampede Supercomputer 


Could anyone tell me what's going on?
