[Iplant-api-dev] Agave job events out of order?

I use a webhook to update job status for my apps - and until yesterday the final status returned was always 'FINISHED'. As of yesterday this is no longer true -- some 'ARCHIVING' or 'ARCHIVING_FINISHED' status events are occurring after 'FINISHED'.
