[Iplant-api-dev] iPlant Winter Break 2014/2015

[iPlant Support]

The iPlant Collaborative will have winter break between Tuesday, December
23, 2014 and Thursday, January 1, 2015.  All online services of the iPlant
Cyber-infrastructure will remain available to users during this period,
though support personnel will be running at reduced capacity.  iPlant
Offices will be closed during this time and will reopen on Friday, January
2, 2015.

A skeleton crew of iPlant support staff will monitor the support emails
throughout the winter break and answer critical support questions.
Responses to non-critical user questions will resume beginning Friday,
January 2, 2015.  Support-related questions can always be sent to
support at iplantcollaborative.org.

For infrastructure emergencies during winter break, an iPlant support staff
member will be on call at +1 (520) 261-7761.  If someone does not
immediately answer, please leave a message and a contact email/number.
