[Iplant-api-dev] Agave jobs

Hi all,

I've launched a few jobs a while ago and all seem to stay in queue:

$ perl examples/test-job.pl 
0001397678622502-5056a550b8-0001-007		QUEUED	job wc 872
0001397404879432-5056a550b8-0001-007		QUEUED	wcjob %s %d750
0001397244396121-5056a550b8-0001-007		QUEUED	job 180
0001397239270321-5056a550b8-0001-007		QUEUED	job 347

I wonder if I'm not allowed to submit jobs, or something like this.
