[Iplant-api-dev] Update: Scheduled maintenance for multiple services: Wed 3/20 and Thurs 3/21

The Foundation API is back in production as of late last night. Any jobs submitted yesterday were queued by the API and began flowing earlier this morning. Most have already completed. If you run into any issues, please let us know ASAP so we can get you back up and running quickly. Thanks again for your patience and happy computing.

Updates about the services that had upgrades today:

* Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Data Store maintenance extended until 6pm MST; post-upgrade tests with the Data Store and the Foundation API are still being completed.  Users are welcome to begin using the Data Store, unless any critical post-upgrade test fails.  A subsequent announcement will be made if any issues emerge.

* iPlant Authentication services are online.
