[Iplant-api-dev] Update: Scheduled maintenance for multiple services: Wed 3/20 and Thurs 3/21

Updates about the services that had upgrades today:

* Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Data Store maintenance extended
until 6pm MST; post-upgrade tests with the Data Store and the Foundation
API are still being completed.  Users are welcome to begin using the Data
Store, unless any critical post-upgrade test fails.  A subsequent
announcement will be made if any issues emerge.

* iPlant Authentication services are online.

Please contact support at iplantcollaborative.org if you encounter any issues.
