[Iplant-api-dev] job failures

Evidently there is a routing glitch that's been causing a loss of connectivity to the data store off and on this morning. TACC admins are aware and working on fixing the issue now.

I am getting failures of API jobs because it isn't connecting to the Data Store within the job. I am seeing a failure of the same commands within jobs on TACC (Lonestar). I can run the commands (icommands) written into the job scripts and they work fine, but within the job scripts they fail repeatedly.  module load irods is run as part of the jobs. Sample output on  Lonestar script:
