[Iplant-api-dev] sharing an application

Hi Rion,

Thank you for your message.  We do not wish to "game the system".  Rather,
we are trying to understand it.  We also need all three members of the DNA
Subway development team to be able to execute jobs using the same app.  I
think I parsed from your email that you can help us out with that.
