[Iplant-api-dev] Intermittent outages for the next few hours

Due to a network failure at one of our service providers, several parts of the Foundation API may experience intermittent outages over the next few hours. Action is already underway to correct the issue and we expect service to be restored in full by 1pm central time. We will update you once the network is restored. If you have any questions about service interruption for your particular application, please let us know.
