[Iplant-api-dev] applications?

Hi Barb,

Thanks for the question. Application sharing is based on the iRODS ACL of each app's deploymentPath, and it turns out that recently, Jargon has been ignoring these ACLs are returning all apps via the apps/shared endpoint. Rion has fixed the service to address this, but now we have to re-share the apps that were there. We are taking the opportunity to move some of them to the public endpoint, where they will be discoverable at apps/ rather than apps/shared

More info will be forthcoming soon!

Matt

Hi all,
There are only three applications available on the api currently (metagenemark-1.00, samtools-sort-1.0.0, and samtools-view-1.0.0). The other 40 or so applications have been unavailable since at least Monday morning. Any idea what happened to the other applications? Or when they might be available again?
