[Iplant-api-dev] applications?

Hi all,
There are only three applications available on the api currently
(metagenemark-1.00, samtools-sort-1.0.0, and samtools-view-1.0.0).  The
other 40 or so applications have been unavailable since at least Monday
morning.  Any idea what happened to the other applications?  Or  when they
might be available again?
