[Cyverse.Nappn] [Looking for Participants] A user study on plant phenotyping annotation

Hello everyone!


I am Xiaolei, a graduate student at the University of Florida, Electrical and Computer Engineering department, Machine Learning and Sensing Lab. We are looking for participants for our user study. If you have experience annotating/labeling images for plant phenotyping research in the past, you are welcome to participate in our interview study. We want to learn more about annotation interface for image-support plant phenotyping and we are caring about annotators’ opinion.

The interview will be no longer than 2 hours (usually around 1hr). During the participation, you will be asked questions about your familiar annotation systems and walked through the process of annotation in your working device (preferably laptop or computer). We will take some audio and camera recordings of your interface if you agree to participate in the study. And all the collected information will be handled confidentially.

You will receive $20 per hour as compensation if you would like to participate. Your future relationships with the PI/Co-PI or other relationships at UF will not be affected if you do not wish to participate.
