[Cyverse.Nappn] AG2PI training workshop: Omics-enabled trait-associated gene inference and genomic prediction

Dear NAPPN member,

The next Agricultural Genome to Phenome Initiative training workshop, "Omics-enabled trait-associated gene inference and genomic prediction", will be held July 26, from 12 PM to 2 PM (CDT; UTC -5).  In this workshop, Drs. Jinliang Yang and Hao Cheng will describe the basic principles of genome-wide mediation analysis and explain how to establish a  causal chain from SNP to intermediate Omics phenotype to agronomic traits. This will include a hands-on demonstration of integrating population-wide Omics data to identify mediator genes.
