[Cyverse.Nappn] Workshop series on image data analysis in plant phenomics

Dear all,

With the support of NAPPN and the Midwest Big Data Hub, PhenomeForce has organized a free, online workshop series on open-source tools for image analysis in plant phenomics.

The series is divided into 9 sessions, which will take place every Friday at 10 AM (CDT) starting from next September 18th. You can find the full list of speakers and the registration link in the attached flyers.

The first workshop will be on FIELDimageR (speaker: Dr. Filipe Matias), an R package to analyze orthomosaic images from agricultural field trials (https://github.com/OpenDroneMap/FIELDimageR).
