Hi Kelly,

I am considering applying for this position but I wanted your advice if I am wildly underqualified. I am just 6 months into my second post-doc at Illinois now with Don Ort after being with Carl for ~4 years.
I have no industry experience at all, just 5 years post-doc. I am looking to try to apply for industry jobs and if this is above where I should be aiming, could you recommend where I could begin a search for physiology/phenotyping roles? I need to stay in the MidWest.
