[Cyverse.Nappn] NAPPN bylaws: please vote to ratify

Greetings, NAPPN members.

You should have received an email moments ago asking you to *vote to ratify
the organization's updated bylaws*.  That came from darwin at iastate.edu and
has "NAPPN bylaw changes, your vote is needed!" as the subject line.
Please search for it if you don't see it in case it's fallen into a spam or
junk folder and vote now. The survey will be held open until at least July
1. Note that your link to vote is specific to you so that each person gets
exactly one vote.

*You may be thinking, "Why should I take the 5 minutes to vote now?"* Note
that bylaws ratification takes votes from at least 20% of the membership,
so we will send reminders to non-voters weekly until at least 20% has
participated.  Translation: please vote now so you don't get annoyed by our
incessant email reminders :P
