Dear Colleagues,

I just wanted to share this information, if not already known.

Conference on “Autonomous Air and Ground Sensing Systems for Agricultural
Optimization and Phenotyping IV” will be held on 16-18 April 2019, in
Baltimore in conjunction with SPIE’s Defense and Commercial Sensing
Symposium (usually occurs at the beginning of the symposium, on Monday and
Tuesday).

The SPIE conference offers several benefits, some of which are follows:

• Over 4000 attendees for the event

• ~ 2000 technical papers presented in ~ 50 technical conferences

• An exhibition that features ~ 375 exhibitors *(many sensor companies
displaying the best technology)*

• An offering of ~ 35 short courses on technologies found in the conference

• An industry program off the exhibition floor that spans 3 days and covers
transition of technology into commercialization as well as funding
opportunities and trends from both the government and private enterprise
vantage points.

Please note that abstracts are due by *03 OCT 2018*, and also that CLIMATE
FIELDVIEW sponsors *Best Paper Awards* competition, so encourage your
students working in UAVs and ground robots to submit abstracts and present
at the meeting.

Thank you!

Regards,

Sindhuja
