Hey Liya,

I'm closing out old tickets, and this is one of them. Just as a status update,
a lot of the timestamp issues are resolved, but i still see them occasionally.
For some reason, timestamps on a distributed architecture running in Docker
containers has proven strangely tricky. Whatever the bug is, it's a sneaky one.
