[Iplant-api-dev] iPlant DE down?

The iPlant Data Store felt like having a "me" day and has lost its social privileges until it learns to think of others instead of just itself. I don’t have an ETA for it coming back up, but if you’re in a bind, just point at another system in Agave, it should all work the same.
