[Iplant-api-dev] Jobs-list Error

I'm getting the same error in different contexts: listing users files, submitting a job, checking job's status. Not always, but it happens often enough so that I need to handle it in various ways.

I’ve been trying to look at my jobs all morning and I keep getting the same error. Does anyone know what would be causing this? Thanks.
