[Iplant-api-dev] can't update an app

login2.stampede(65)$ apps-addupdate -v -F raxml-8.1.17-beta.json
raxml-beta-8.1.17
Permission denied. You do not have permission to access the deployment path
rwalls/applications/raxml-8.1.17/stampede

I have a token, so I should have permission to update my own path. Am I
doing something wrong here?

I had been using

login2.stampede(65)$ apps-addupdate -F raxml-8.1.17-beta.json

(not specifying the app name) in which case it says I updated the app, but
clearly the app is not updating (because I keep having the same problem
with it).
