[Iplant-api-dev] Missing Agave Apps

We're running into a strange issue with Agave apps being displayed in the
DE. Roger Barthelson has two public apps that he integrated that are not
being displayed in the DE. I was able to confirm that Agave is not listing
these apps by querying Agave directly using the same OAuth token that the
DE is using. Interestingly enough, Agave does list these apps for the OAuth
tokens that the DE has for myself everyone else that I know of who has
looked for these apps. Another interesting point is that when Roger logs
into the Agave live docs, the apps are displayed correctly.

The apps that are missing for Roger are GMAP-12.12.12u1 and HTProcess-Tophat
-2.0.13u1.

The client application that the de is using is de-prod.

Could someone check into this? I've done everything I can think of from
this side.
