There was a system-wide service disruption this morning due to an unexpected outage across the data centers hosting Agave’s production services. During the downtime, we took the opportunity to push out an update to improve data performance and patch outstanding known issues. During the upgrade, we identified an issue with our deployment that caused job staging to fail for several users. We have corrected the issue and are currently back in production.
If you experienced unexpected job failure in the last 24 hours, please resubmit your jobs now. If your problems persist, please let us know asap.
