[Iplant-api-dev] processors, nodes designation on Agave

How do I map  the parameters 'processorCount' and 'nthreads' (Foundation)
onto  'nodeCount' and 'processorsPerNode' (Agave)

I will be submitting parallel compute jobs to Lonestar with 12 cpu (2 sockets x 6 cores) /node and Stampede with 16 cpu (2 sockets x 8 cores) /node.
