Question : problem running cloudSTRUCTURE

I am having problems running cloudSTRUCTURE, even with the test data provided. The problem is that regardless of how much maximum run time I select, the status of the analysis does not change from 'Running' and no output is saved ever. I am not sure if the analysis is actually running or not as I don't get any error messages.

For the test data, these are the settings I used: input file: /iplant/home/shared/iplantcollaborative/example_data/GWAS/Structure/input/marker_numerical.txt

maximum populations 3, 12982 as number of loci, 310 as number of samples

File information was left with default settings: Input file contains individual labels, Input file contains row of marker names, Store data for individuals in a single line

Maximum Run time: 4 hours
