[Iplant-api-dev] /apps/v2/ Feature Request

I'm supportive of this. Rion is this much of a challenge? I don't think it would break anything to add it to the current release and it would save the DE from having to walk the app descriptions of potentially dozens of apps to get the human readable label, which I have encouraged developers to start making use of.
