[Iplant-api-dev] Agave: can't list the contents of a directory

This error seems to have appeared this past Saturday (at least by what I
see in my logs).

I even tried specifying a system, but no luck:

$ files-list -S data.iplantcollaborative.org
No resource found for user with system id 'data.iplantcollaborative.org'
