[Iplant-api-dev] status callbacks

Thanks for the heads up. The status update comes as a callback from your job. In this case, the packets got dropped by our firewall due to a config change in the last deployment. I have the fix in place and will bounce the server and take the changes live as soon as a couple long-running transfers complete this evening. Sometime in the coming week we will have a HA fix in place so we can push anytime. Right now it’s not that flexible, and I don’t want to kill a 90GB relay transfer that’s 70% complete.

Recent jobs have failed to send a 'RUNNING' callback status.
They skip from 'QUEUED' to 'CLEANING_UP'
The jobs themselves run as expected, just that the status reporting is flawed. example: 0001429620583760-5056a550b8-0001-007
