Hi,

How would one move a file from one directory to another?
I'm interested in using the RESTful API
I tried using the CLI, but I've got a weird error:

ghiban at bal:~$ files-move -v
-D /iplant/home/ghiban /iplant/home/ghiban/tmp/README 
Remote path /iplant/home/ghiban/tmp/README does not exists
ghiban at bal:~$ ils /iplant/home/ghiban/tmp/README
  /iplant/home/ghiban/tmp/README
