[Iplant-api-dev] fAPI is down?

Hi,

I can't seem to get a token via foundation API:

Can't connect to foundation.iplantcollaborative.org:443 (connect:
Connection timed out) 

I was wondering if there is scheduled maintenance or something like
this.
