[Iplant-api-dev] Network outage

TACC's data center is undergoing network maintenance on September 20, 2014 from 9am - 5pm CST.  Currently the Foundation API and iPlant’s Agave services are unavailable while  DNS updates. TACC’s Stampede, Lonestar, and Maverick systems will be unavailable for the duration of the downtime. All other Agave tenants and systems outside of TACC will continue to operate as normal.
