[Iplant-api-dev] Problem with Stampede?

It is indeed busy for some reason.  Looks like 189 jobs in the queue.  71 are running. and 118 are waiting.  Some of those have job dependencies, so those numbers are a little inflated.

I have had a job on pending status on the gpu queue for about 5 hours. I have never had to wait that long before. Is Stampede running okay and just extra busy today or is something wrong?
