Roger,

Can I get you to renew your auth token, rerun the jobs submit command with the -V flag, and then send me the full output? You might want to just send it to me and not the whole developer list, since it should include an active token within the curl command (so that I can try to troubleshoot). I just fired up iPlant chat too, so IM is probably faster than email.

Thanks,
-Fonner

Hi John-

I am still having trouble with Trinity app. I submit the job through the DE and it runs and returns nothing. I have no idea what it did or what the problem was. I tried running with the CLI's jobs-submit command, but it gave me this as an error:

Unable to contact api server at https://agave.iplantc.org/jobs/v2/

So what does that mean?

Roger
