[Iplant-api-dev] foundation down?

Will this affect the public foundation apps running on lonestar? If so, how do we upgrade them?

The service is up. Stampede jobs are going through. Lonestar is no longer part of XSEDE as of yesterday, so we’ve got to roll the allocation over to a different account, which takes a couple days. Provided things go through cleanly, we’ll be back up shortly.
