[Iplant-api-dev] agave:// Scheme for Archive Paths

I’m trying to use the agave:// scheme to specify the archive path in one of my job submissions, and it isn’t currently working. My hope is to be able to submit jobs to Agave that use iRODS deployments other than data.iplantcollaborative.org.

The URL that I’m submitting is: agave://data.iplantcollaborative.org/ipctest/analyses/blarg_bang_quux

The error that I’m getting is: user does not have permission to access the provided archive path: /agave://data.iplantcollaborative.org/ipctest/analyses/blarg_bang_quux

The leading slash makes it seem as though Agave is treating this as a path rather than a URI. Is the URI malformed?
