[Iplant-api-dev] spaces in directory/file names

Hi,

I'm not sure if this has been discussed in the past. It is related to the DE and Foundation. The DE allows you to have spaces in your file/directory names. If you attempt to submit a job to the api with a file which has spaces in the name or in a parent directory, it will fail. Not sure if this has been resolved in Agave. We can patch this in subway, just wanted to let others know.
